CorpMetrix validates applicants against six core criteria domains. Each domain contributes to the Culture Audit score (30% of composite). Organisations must demonstrate strength across all six — not just cherry-pick the easiest categories.

Clear articulation of organisational values, evidence of values integration into hiring/performance, and employee recognition of lived values (corroborated by survey data).
2. Leadership Effectiveness
Leadership communication practices, manager training investment, upward feedback mechanisms, and leadership visibility metrics. Corroborated by the Leadership sub-index of the Trust Index™ survey.
3. Benefits & Compensation
Comprehensiveness of benefits package, market-competitiveness of compensation, flexibility provisions, and employee financial wellbeing initiatives. Reviewed against sector benchmarks.
4. Wellbeing & Work-Life
Mental health support programmes, flexible/remote working arrangements, physical wellness initiatives, and leave entitlements beyond legal minimums.
5. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
DEI strategy documentation, demographic representation data, pay equity analysis, inclusive hiring practices, and employee resource groups or equivalent programmes.
6. Learning & Development
Annual L&D investment per employee, structured career development conversations, succession planning processes, and internal promotion rates.
