CorpMetrix was founded in 2016 by a team of organisational psychologists and HR technology veterans who saw a fundamental gap in the market: organisations were spending millions on engagement surveys and getting reports that gathered dust. The problem wasn't measurement — it was the gap between measurement and action.
We built CorpMetrix from the ground up to close that gap. Our platform combines validated survey science (the MAGIC® framework and OHBI index) with AI-powered analytics and a structured action planning module — making it impossible to collect data without knowing exactly what to do with it.
